The aim is to bring together healthcare professionals, policy makers, and researchers to discuss how to integrate robot-assisted surgery into practice. Presentations will draw on a recently completed three year project funded by the National Institute for Health Research’s Health Services & Delivery Research programme, which ran alongside the ROLARR trial (RObotic versus LAparoscopic Resection for Rectal cancer).
