Many children with Hirschsprung disease suffer the consequences of this misinformation.Attendees can watch the technical details of the trans-anal pull-through both endorectal or soave, as well as full thickness or Swenson. Attendees will learn to treat postoperative complications and functional problems such as faecal incontinence, constipation and pre and post-pull through colitis.We will discuss the concepts of intestinal neuronal dysplasia, hypoganglionosis and the histological transition zone. These controversial concepts often produce improper surgical decisions.
