DESCRIPTION:Following on from the hugely successful first Out at the College event held on March 2022, we are delighted to announce that we will host the next edition of our conference for LGBTQ+ surgeons and allies in Manchester, on Friday 16 June 2023.\n\nMembers of our Pride in Surgery Forum (PRiSM) will be joined by leading names in the surgical and broader healthcare community who are working to champion diversity and inclusion. Expect to hear updates on the College’s work on DEI in surgery, the next steps for PRiSM, and a fantastic programme of talks, and networking opportunities, and for your chance to help us shape the conversation on LGBTQ+ issues in the surgical profession.\n\nFor those unable to join us in-person in Manchester, this conference will also have the option to attend virtually. Tune in via our events platform to access the talks, participate in the activities, share your views and questions, and network with other delegates and speakers.\n\n
