We invite you to apply for a $7,500 (£4,194) travel grant to participate in the CR-2024 meeting on 11-13 October 2024 in Melbourne, Australia.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to visit several Australian centres to extend their experience and contact with the colorectal community in Australia.

The CSSANZ is funding this fellowship.

The successful applicant:

• Will be committed to a career in colorectal surgery
• Needs to be on the Specialist Register and have obtained a CCT or equivalent within 10 years or less of deadline for applications
• Must be a member of the Association of Coloproctology of GB and Ireland

Applications should comprise:

• A curriculum vitae
• A letter explaining why the applicant wishes to travel to Australia and how they feel they will be able to fill the role of ambassador for the ACPGBI in Australasia
• An abstract that the paper will be based upon
• The names of two referees.  References will be taken up prior to interview
• The name of the centre(s) that the applicant would like to visit.
