The ACPGBI IBD Sub-Committee is excited to announce the 'IBD Midlands' day, taking place on 20th November 2023 at the Studio in Birmingham. This one-day event will bring together surgeons, gastroenterologists, and patients to discuss the latest advances in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The meeting includes the launch (and updates) of the OCEAN trial, which will investigate the use of pre-operative enteral nutrition to improve outcomes in patients with Crohn’s disease in the lead up to surgery.
