This 1 and a half day course covers all aspects of the management of incisional hernias.
The first half day is devoted to didactic lectures on the technical factors that lead to incisional hernia, classification of hernias and how hernia care is evolving,
There will also be discussion of difficult and challenging cases and a session on pre-operative planning and anaesthetic assessment
The second day is in the cadaver laboratory and will allow delegates to perform a Rives-Stoppa incisional hernia repair and both anterior and posterior component separation and parastomal hernia repair.
The course will be delivered by 5 expert faculty and places are limited to 10 delegates.
This course has been accredited by the Royal College of Surgeons of England for 7.5 CPD Points
This course was quality assured by the Royal College of Surgeons.

Day 2 Venue: Evelyn Surgical Training Centre, Cambridge

The Evelyn Surgical Training Centre is a 40 minute drive from the Radisson Blu Hotel, via the M11.
