The South West ACPGBI Chapter is delighted to invite you to our face-to-face meeting at Sandy Park, Exeter on Tuesday 15th March 2022, kindly sponsored by Ethicon.
This face-to-face meeting is free for ACPGBI/Dukes' Club members and we will also be hosting the regional registrar training day as part of this event. This will be an excellent opportunity to network and see some of the fantastic work that is going on in the region.

We have so far confirmed an EDI update, Cancer session covering CME, mesentery, qFIT and a novel rectal mucus sampling device (Oricol), an educational session (TPD update, endoscopy fellowships and registrar presentations), Presidential address by Prof Pete Sagar and he will be talking to us about Retrorectal tumours.
This is followed by the basics of genomics for surgeons and an update about Lynch syndrome, a stoma session with conservative management top tips, and update on the CIPHER study, research update, IBD session and what we need to know about pensions!
Ethicon will kindly be telling us about some of their excellent educational opportunities as well as some innovative digital technologies for use in theatre.

This Surgical Forum will take place at Sandy Park, Exeter. Sandy Park is conveniently situated by junction 30 of the M5 and only ten minutes from Exeter International Airport, we pride ourselves in being one of the South West’s most accessible Conference Centres. There is ample parking, but please note that the parking is operated by an external company and that you must buy a ticket.
