Biography
I am a consultant colorectal surgeon at St Mark's Hospital, London. I graduated from Imperial College school of medicine in 2003. I undertook post graduate training in London North-west Thames region as a house offcer and senior house officer.As a registrar I trained in the London South-west Thames region. I undertook a period of research at St Mark's hospital in the management of pelvic floor disorders and achieved a MD (res) higher degree from Imperial College. I have maintained a strong clinical and research interest in the this field since. As part of my training I have spent time at several overseas centres of excellence (Cleveland Clinic, USA and Centre Hospitalier Universitaire De Nantes, France). I completed a year as a post-CCT Resident Surgical Officer at St Mark's Hospital. I was previously a consultant at Ashford and St Peters. I have published over 40 peer reviewed papers and five text book chapters.
