Biography
Seamus Kelly studied Medicine at Queen’s University, Belfast. He obtained his Fellowship in Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and his Doctorate of Medicine from Queen’s University, Belfast. He was subsequently granted fellowships by the Royal College of Surgeons of England, the College of Surgeons of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine.
